We offer a professional wedding cake delivery service so you can rest assured that the cake is taken care of on the big day. We arrange all the logistics and delivery details before the day and get in touch with venues and suppliers on your behalf to ensure a smooth delivery and set up.

Free Wedding Cake Delivery In Central Brighton

We deliver to all Brighton venues including; The Hilton Metropole, The Grand, Fabrica Gallery, Hotel Du Vin, Malmaison, The Royal Pavillion, Pangdean Barn, Firle Place, Pelham House to name a few popular venues we have worked with.

Wedding Cake Set-Up

We charge a set-up fee of £35 for all wedding cake deliveries. Once we have you booked in I will arrange the delivery times and logistics with the venue and any relevant persons. Wedding Cake delivery outside our local area is charged at £1.20 per mile. Please enquire about a custom quote.

Linking with your suppliers/wedding coordinator

On booking, we will take the relevant contacts necessary to link with your various wedding suppliers to coordinate delivery/set-up. We will deliver the wedding cake per your running order of the day, usually before your guests arrive.

Wedding cake display

When we deliver the cake we will arrange the cake display with any items that are hired or provided by you or your event planner. This ensures that you get the most impactful and beautiful cake-cutting photographs for your wedding album.

Cake Care & Allergen Information

The service also includes a handover of all of the relevant information such as allergen information and cake-cutting guides with the venue caterers, staff or manager. This ensures that the correct amount of serving is provided when the cake is cut. Cake storage and care instructions are also provided for the venue or caterers.

Linking with your florist

‘Set up’ also includes, where necessary, liaison with a florist. For example, if they are providing any flowers for the wedding cake or the cake display.

Luisa will take the stress away from your big day by liaising with your wedding venue and/or planner if you have one. This ensures that your cake can be delivered, set up, and assembled without a hitch. So you have nothing to worry about and you can enjoy your special day.

Luisa offers a professional, eco-friendly wedding cake delivery and set-up service within East Sussex, including Brighton and Hove.

We also cover; Worthing, Burgess Hill, Cuckfield, Ditchling, East Grinstead, Fulking, Hassocks, Haywards Heath, Henfield, Horsham, Hove, Hurstpierpoint, Lewes, Petworth, Poynings, Pulborough, Ringmer, Steyning, Tunbridge, Uckfield East Sussex, West Sussex, London* and Greater London.

Delivery outside of Brighton is worked out at £1.20 per mile (round trip) from BN1 within Sussex.

London delivery includes any additional charges such as ULEZ and Congestion charges. Based on current rates. In some locations, such as central London, a small parking fee may be added.
