I’ve spent years developing and refining my vegan and gluten-free cakes recipes — from my rich, dairy-free buttercream to my moist and fluffy gluten-free sponge. As new ingredients and techniques have emerged, I’ve continued to evolve my methods to create cakes that are every bit as delicious as their traditional counterparts.
Most of my celebration cakes and wedding cake flavours can be made vegan and gluten-free, without eggs, dairy or gluten-containing ingredients.

Many of my cake flavours can be adapted to be vegan, made without gluten*, or both.
You can check out our standard cake flavour menus below. Some recipes and flavours need to be adapted slightly, and this can be discussed when you order your cake.

Vegan AND Gluten-Free Cake Options*
Making a cake that’s both vegan and gluten-free* takes some serious creativity and testing, and I love the challenge. I’ve developed my own flour blend free of gluten-containing ingredients, and I use high-protein gram flour, specialist gluten-free flours and unrefined sugars for depth and texture.
Here are a few of my favourites:
- Double Chocolate
Moist chocolate sponge with rich chocolate buttercream, finished with vanilla Swiss meringue-style frosting. - Chocolate, Cherry & Vanilla
Chocolate cake soaked in cherry kirsch syrup, filled with black cherry compote and finished with vanilla buttercream. - Chocolate, Coffee & Caramel
Fudgy chocolate sponge with espresso syrup, salted caramel, and milk-jam caramel buttercream. - Banana, Muscovado & Sesame
Banana sponge with deep muscovado sugar and toasted sesame vanilla buttercream. - Raspberry & White Chocolate
Vanilla sponge layered with oat-based white chocolate and raspberry compote. - Lemon, Elderflower & Vanilla

Vegan Wedding Cakes & Tiered Cakes
When decorating vegan cakes, I use my own Swiss-style vegan buttercream made with aquafaba (chickpea water). It’s silky and delicious — but it’s a little less sturdy than traditional buttercream. So, when planning a tiered vegan wedding cake, there are a few things I’ll help you consider:
Before Choosing a Vegan Tiered Cake:
- How many tiers do you need?
For cakes with more than two tiers, I offer professional delivery to ensure safe setup. - What time of year is your event?
Heat and humidity can affect vegan cakes — especially in summer. - Will your event be indoors or outdoors?
Access to refrigeration or air conditioning is helpful. - How far is your venue from Brighton?
Longer travel might require extra care during delivery. - Could a smaller cutting cake with a dessert table be a better option?
I can guide you through the best setup for your event.

Allergen Information
I take great care with dietary needs and allergens. While I offer vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free cakes, please note that I bake everything in the same kitchen, so I can’t guarantee 100% allergen-free products.
That said, I do everything I can to minimise cross-contamination and keep my allergen-friendly bakes safe and delicious.
Dessert Tables for All Dietary Needs
Got guests with mixed dietary requirements? My dessert tables are a beautiful and flexible way to cater for everyone.
Here’s How It Works:
1. Choose your showstopper:
Pick one, two, or three centrepieces — For example, a two-tiered wedding cake, or three-tiered wedding cake, BouCakes or single-tier cakes, available in standard, vegan, or gluten-free* options.
2. Add your mini elements:
Choose 3–4 smaller treats to go with your main cake(s), again available with or without allergens. Dessert table elements are provided on consultation and can include:
- cupckaes
- mini cakes
- fudge
- truffles
- friands
- madelines
- tartlets
- pavalova
3. Delivery, setup & display:
I’ll deliver and professionally set up your dessert table in Brighton or the surrounding areas. Display stands are available to hire (with a refundable deposit). I’ll also provide full allergen and handover info to your event team.
