2. Design brief and quote
If I have availability for your date, I’ll send an initial design brief along with a quote. Once you’re happy to proceed, your date can be secured while we finalise the details — including design elements, cake flavours, and delivery or collection arrangements.

3. Delivery or collection
Your cake will be freshly prepared for your event. Collection is available from my central Brighton kitchen, or delivery can be arranged across Brighton & Hove and surrounding Sussex locations.

Once your design and quote are confirmed, a 50% deposit secures your date in my diary. The remaining balance is due shortly before collection or delivery.
