Passion Fruit, Vanilla & Meringue

Light sponge cake soaked in fragrant citrus syrup and filled with whipped vanilla meringue buttercream with crisp meringue shards and sharp, sweet passionfruit curd.

Vanilla, Earl Grey & Blackcurrant compote 

Light sponge cake drenched in vanilla bean syrup, layered with blackcurrant compote, Earl Grey infused ganache & filled with whipped meringue buttercream.

Raspberry & White Chocolate

Delicate raspberry sponge. Layered with fresh, sharp raspberry compote, meringue crunch pieces and a white chocolate meringue buttercream filling.

Tiramisu

Delicate light brown sugar sponge steeped in freshly brewed espresso coffee with layers of vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream dusted with bitter cocoa powder.

I offer cake-tasting boxes via the post on specific dates throughout the year for £35.

Boxes contain 6 of my most popular, delicious wedding cake flavours. Tasters are available by post or hand-delivered by Luisa on specific dates between October and April.

FAQ’s

When Are Tasting Boxes Available?

Tasting boxes are usually available outside of peak wedding season (October – April). During those busy months, I’m fully focused on baking and delivering wedding cakes, so flavour samples may not always be available—especially for last-minute bookings.

That said, if trying your wedding cake flavours before ordering is important to you, please let me know. I completely understand how meaningful it is to find the perfect flavour match. If my schedule allows, I’ll do everything I can to accommodate last-minute tasting requests—even during the busy summer season.

What flavours are in a Tasting Box?

Each tasting box is made with care and creativity, showcasing a range of popular and unique wedding cake flavours. Every flavour includes hand-crafted components, such as infused syrups, pralines, gelees, compotes, and silky buttercreams. With more than six flavour profiles available, each box offers a beautifully balanced and flavourful experience.

How to Request a Tasting

If you’re booking close to your wedding date and still want to try your cake before you commit, you can ask to join my last-minute tasting list by contacting me. If I have an opening, I’ll prioritise getting a box to you so you can explore your favourite wedding cake flavours before the big day.
